Ticket for bug report / technical query

   Hello,

I have submitted several bug reports and technical queries to Debenu but received a ticket only for one of them. Its as if the others did not come through. Did anyone else have these problems? Do I really have to use the forms on the Website or is there a support-email I can use (did`t find one)...

	Hi Christian! You're not the only user and you're brandnew in this forum. You should be more patient. You can't expect a one- or two- day-reaction from a lowcost-product. The official support pages with the options is the right way to use. Cheers, Ingo

	Thanks Ingo, I thought after sending the query I would get an automated reply with a ticket number from the mail system. I wouldn't have thought that a human response would be so quick. Anyway, Rowan has responded to my queries this evening which was really fast, so let's hope they have some answers for my problems. Thanks again, Christian.
