Hello,

I have submitted several bug reports and technical queries to Debenu but received a ticket only for one of them. Its as if the others did not come through. Did anyone else have these problems? Do I really have to use the forms on the Website or is there a support-email I can use (did`t find one)...

Hi Christian!

You're not the only user and you're brandnew in this forum.
You should be more patient. You can't expect a one- or two-
day-reaction from a lowcost-product.

The official support pages with the options is the right way to use.

Thanks Ingo, I thought after sending the query I would get an automated reply with a ticket number from the mail system. I wouldn't have thought that a human response would be so quick.

Anyway, Rowan has responded to my queries this evening which was really fast, so  let's hope they have some answers for my problems.
