Hi there,
I've built a PDF viewer in C# WPF using Quick PDF but I'm encountering an issue with render speed. I'm currently using the QuickPDF function DARenderPageToString(...) but this seems very slow to render. Can anyone recommend methods to speed up rendering? Are there any settings I can change or any different methods I should be using? I want to absolute FASTEST possible rendering regardless of rendering quality (at this point) Thanks |

Hi!
The DARenderPageToString and ...ToStream are the fastest render-functions inside QuickPDF. There is support for 10 different graphic types ... you should try them all getting the fastest one. The other point is the dpi-value try low values down to a quality that's okay for you. Cheers, Ingo |

Rendering speed will depending on the complexity and features used inside the PDF file.
Maybe you should send a sample PDF via http://www.quickpdflibrary.com/support/support-query.php which is now working properly again. Andrew.
