Output to printer is rastorized, how to stop it?

I have opened a case "4895_javjfj86gbv290qh" but wanted to reach out to the user forum as well (after a search turned up no solid results).
Basically the output from QUICK PDF Library appears to rastorize the PDF before sending it to the printer.  This creates a massive problem for us as we have a security system where a "pseudo" font is later substituted in the printer itself for the real font for security reasons.

I have not been able to find any parameters that would stop the rastorizing of the PDF.

Any ideas?
