SetTableBorderWidth returns 1

   I'm calling SetTableBorderWidth(tableID, 0,0) which should turn the borders off on the table, but for some reason it SetTableBorderWidth is returning 1. How do you turn off borders on the table? Am I missing something?

	The source code (but not the documentation, which is silent on the return value) reveals that this function returns 1 on success and 0 on failure. The internal table method has a boolean result. 'Failure' is an invalid table ID or a BorderIndex outside the range 0..4.
