QuickPDF v5.13b for Delphi 5/6 users

      Thanks to Jan and Ingo, we now have available a version of QuickPDF v5.13 which is expected to be compatible with Delphi 5 and Delphi 6. For Delphi 7 users and above, you should stick with the regular v5.13 download.
