problem with some chinese characters

everyone,

I have
problems with PDF documents that contain chinese characters:
With Adobe
Reader X (10.1.8) with Font Packs Chinese Simplified, most Chinese characters are
displayed correctly but some (about 20%) are completely missing .

When PDF rendering
is done with RenderPageToDC in an own PDF browser, those characters that are
missing in Adobe Reader are displayed but they have a slightly different style
(less bold).

The
creation of the PDF document is done by using codePage 900 (also tried 950).
I call SelectFont
with the fontID that is returned by AddCJKFont.

I'm using Debenu Quick PDF library 9.12, Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Express Edition, Windows 7.

Does anyone
have an idea what could be wrong here?
