I tried the purchasing link but it doesn't work.

Do you know of a valid link for purchasing the library?

Will old keys continue to be valid for the upcoming version?

No increase to the price of the license. My recommendation is that you wait about 2 weeks or so for an annoucement. I recommend that you do not purchase until then.
