There's a script in the QPDF dashboard. "Scripts" tab, then scroll down to Security and Signatures. You can adapt the script and run it in the dashboard to get you started, before doing the same in your own programming language. It is however a bit trivial, and assumes you have and know about certificate files. Searching here for 'signature' and 'signing' may find you more information. Or come back here and ask again for specific answers!
