I was just hoping some one from Debenu Team could answer me and help a paid customer...

As they don't reply to the bug I sent, what can I do ?

Hi Fred,
 
if you've used the official support Options on the Debenu-pages.
You should get as a first answer a support-ticket-id.
If you didn't get this id or number something in the process failed
and you should try again.
If you have any questions regarding your ticket or support case
you should always get in contact with these id/number included.

Yep, Ingo,
I used the official support page on the Debenu.com site

I got a mail, with a ticket ID, but no link to consult the ticket...

Here is the answer :

Hi Fred,

you've got an email from Debenu.
So you only have to reply with your email-tool.

On this page ...
http://www.debenu.com/support/issue-report/
... you can find the following:
After your bug has been submitted you will receive an email from our support system which will include a case number for the reported issue. If you need to send us any additional files associated with the issue then please reply to this email with the file(s) attached and your case will be updated automatically. Executable attachments should be zipped and the file type extension should be changed from .zip to .piz.

So all should be clear.
Please keep in mind:
QuickPDF is a very large library with a lot of functionality for a really low cost price.
So sure you can imagine that it's not possible to have a big support team always ready to start ;-)
Why not ask again... and wait a little bit ;-)
