The knowledge base will be online again soon. You can do Google searches for questions in the knowledge base and then click on the cached link to see the answer. E.g. http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=site%3Ahelp.quickpdflibrary.com+radio+buttons - http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=site%3Ahelp.quickpdflibrary.com+radio+buttons But as I said, the knowledge base is only temporarily down and will be up very soon.
