Hi,
I sent a document to sales@quickpdf.org, rowan@quickpdf.org, six times, and no reply... This is a PDF document which totally cannot be opened/saved by QuickPDF.

Today is almost 1 month now...
Can I know status?

Hi!

For this you should use the official support-page and not a normal email.
Using the support-page you'll get a ticket number and all these stuff.
Perhaps you can post a link to the pdf and somebody here can make some tests...
This here is only a user-to-user-forum and not the official support platform for the library authors.
