Is it possible to create Tagged PDFs with QuickPDF?

For example in another PDF SDK it was possible to use the function
 
int PDF_begin_item(char *tag, char *optlist)
 
where tag could be a PDF tag such as P, H, H1-H6, L, LI, Table, TR, TH, TD, Figure, Form, Formula etc.
 
I can not find such a feature in QuickPDF but need to crete tagged PDFs for accessibility in PDF reader.
 
am I missing something or is this a missing feature?
