Hi Guys,

We've just discovered that a little known spam filter in our support system was incorrectly picking up some messages as spam. Since the spam filter deletes messages after 7 days, I can't really say how long this issue has been going on, but if you have not received a response from us after 48 hours, please send a private message to me on this forum and I will get back to you as soon as possible with a status update.
