Does the file specified by using SetTempFile()  get used by the RenderPageToVariant() function? I use QuickPDF on an ASP.NET site and will occasionally run into an OutOfMemory exception when RenderPageToVariant() is called and was hoping to try and find a solution to the problem. Thanks!

Hi!
Your out-of-memory-problem seems having to do with the version you're using. Which version is it? Have you tried the newest dll from the library section?
Cheers, Ingo

Let's see... I believe it's version 5.11, but when I right-click on iSED.dll and look at the version properties it says 4.42.1.1

I've been a long-time user of the library, and have never really had any out of memory problems with it until recently. I have an online forms processing system that loads an image as the background and then draws all the text (and signature images) onto it. The error doesn't happen all the time, but it's not good when it does. I tend to get unhappy clients. :)

Hi !

I've made these experiences with versions below 5.21 very often - with the latest source version never.

So stay tuned what happens here and have a look at PdfSquad ;-)

Cheers, Ingo

Hi,

iSed made an error with v5.21, and failed to update the internal version number (4.42.1.1) of the Windows version reporting system. What you have is indeed v5.21.

With respect to PDF Squad, it should be available in no more than two weeks from now here: http://www.thecoldengroup.com - www.thecoldengroup.com . There is an annoucement on the forum [ http://www.quickpdf.org/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1004 - here ] with all the details.

Cheers!
