Please advice good command line PDF Creator

   Hi to all!

I develop some kind of on-line service to convert from most popular document formats (.doc, .html, .rtf etc.) to PDF. 

I have some requirements, such as:

1. Command line application(other user interfaces are not necessarily);

2. Create PDF from .doc, .rtf;

3. Application shouldn't use Adobe Acrobat to create PDFs;

4. High quality of output PDFs;

5.* High speed;

6.* Application shouldn't use MS Word to get input .doc files;

*optional requrement.

So, I would be happy if you will advice me something according this requirements.
