How can i add page/doc action to existing PDF

Hi,
 
I have a existing PDF document which contains 63 page, i need to add Page open Action Javascript to all the existing PDF page. how can i do this by using QuickPDF dll and i am using .Net C# platfarm.
 
And also i need to attach document close javascript action when pdf is closed.
 
Please help me how can achive this?
