QP.GetAnnotQuadPoints( ) , does return zero value.

Issue:

I have added sticky note Annotation to PDF page from the Adobe Reader, and trying access same from my tool using DEBENU.

I am trying to get QuadCount using API QP.GetAnnotQuadCount(nAnnotIndex), but it returns
zero, but I passed right Annotation Index to the API. In turn, the following function also returns null values for all positions.
QP.GetAnnotQuadPoints(nAnnotIndex,1,3); 

Please let me know, if you have any information on this, to resolve the issue.
