AddTextMarkupAnnotation does not work for me.

   Hi,
Though, I am able to add stamp, and sticky notes to PDF files, using respective API functionalities, but
AddTextMarkupAnnotation API does not work for me. It does not highlight the the text, though I gave 
correct coordinate values to the API. Please provide me, if you have any information on this API.

Note: I am using DebenuQuickPDFLibrary12.11 and product developed on platform : C/C++/Win32c.
