Debenu PDF Viewer question about feature

   If I have a PDF file containing 10 lines of text and I want to display it in this way by: 

- In the first line was highlighted or marked the first word 
- In the third line was highlighted or marked the third word 
- In the eighth line was highlighted or marked the sixth word 

Is it possible to display in such a way that all these three highlight markings were visible at the same time.

I'm just looking the use of Debenu PDF Viewer technology to any of my products.
