Add head tags for exisiting pdf file

   Hello,

is it possible to "highlight" some text on an existing pdf file?
Purpose is, that we have an exisiting pdf file and I'd like to higlight some head lines.
My idea is to read trough complete document and if I find some special texts, I'd like to highlight these textes with "nameddest= destination". Is this possible? I'm using delphi 2009.

Any help would be great.
