PDF photo album with links to cloud

Can quick pdf tools automate this case : 

1. Create a pdf album from photos from a folder (one by page , two by page, four by page,...)
2. Upload to a cloud service (dropbox, mega, google drive)
3. Link the photos with the uploaded one. 
4. The photo in the pdf is a light one, and in the cloud the more definition. 

How ?

do you want to place an order here?
If "yes"... you should post more detailed information.
I would do it for you with QuickPDF 'cause QuickPDF offers the functionalities to do it ;-)
If you wanna do it by your own:
All thing having to do about image handling you can read in the online reference in the chapters with "...render...".
Inserting links (internal and external) into a pdf-page isn't a problem for QuickPDF.
Upload-functionalities you can realize with all main programming languages.
