I'm trying to combine two seperate pdf files and add the combined page to the end of a third pdf. When I capture the page from one pdf then load another it seems to lose the captured page. When I DrawCapturedPage onto the new document it's blank. Is there a way to do this?

Ok, I figured out a way around it, but now I'm having a formatting problem. After drawing one of the captured pages, which has only a few lines of text in a box, the box draws vertically instead of the horizontal way it is formatted on the page its originally captured from... why is it being rotated when nothing else is?

Mike,
IIRC, you can't impose a captured page onto another document. You probably want to look at MergeDocument() and/or CopyPageRanges() to get everything into one document first, then use the Capture... functions rearrange things. I always have to refer back to the docs when I attempt something like this, being careful to keep track of docIDs, and remembering that the CapturePage... functions remove the page from the document, and change the page counts... |
