Digital signature - works only one in doc

   If I create more then one digital signatures in PDF document, I can sign only one signature. When sighning second signature, showing up an error message: "Unexpected internal program error".
Example of my code on VBA (2 signature fields):
 qp.LoadFromFile ("output.pdf")
Call qp.NewPage
 qp.SelectPage (1)
FieldIndex0 = qp.NewFormField(0, 6)
 Call qp.SetFormFieldBounds(FieldIndex0, 20, 30, 80, 15)
 qp.SelectPage (2)
FieldIndex1 = qp.NewFormField(1, 6)
  Call qp.SetFormFieldBounds(FieldIndex1, 120, 130, 180, 115)
 Call qp.SaveToFile("temp.pdf")
    Set qp = Nothing

How can I solve this problem?
