    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.quickpdf.org/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=335">paul franks</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 457<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07 Jul 06 at 1:38PM<br /><br />Hi, all.<br /><br />This is an example of a very easy way to stamp text, images and barcodes into PDF AcroForm fields.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.savefile.com/files.php?fid=9305415" target="_blank">xfdf stamper</a><br /><br />I use the iText library, compiled to native Windows .exe (can also compile to DLL) using gcc/gcj.<br /><br />It's a very interesting alternative to QuickPDF, especially since it's free, and can be compiled to Windows, Linux, and many other OS'. It's also being actively developed. <br /><br />The example uses Adobe's xfdf format for the data, "enhanced" with additional attributes to specify image URI, image type, and barcode type.<br />]]>
