I think we found the problem.
The Acrobat was set to "Shrink to Fit", Not sure if that is the default.

It will help someone to answer this question if you tell us what attributes you are 'matching'.  Do the results have different sizes?  Different colours?  Different aspect ratio? Different resolution?  Different apparent quality? Printing a PDF from Debenu doesn't match the same file printed from Acrobat.
Any suggestions on where to look to resolve this?
