    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.quickpdf.org/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2835">martin.weigl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3274<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23 Feb 16 at 10:07AM<br /><br />Hey guys,<div>&nbsp;</div><div>i need to embed a PDF page of an external PDF document into my current&nbsp;document.</div><div>I tried the following steps:</div><ul><li>open "the other" document calling .DAOpenFileReadOnly(...) which returned a valid handle (!= 0)</li><li>"find" the first (and only) page (.DAFindPage(...)) within the other document which returned a valid handle</li><li>capture the page of the other document calling .DACapturePage(...) which returned a valid handle</li><li>draw the captured page into my current PDF calling DrawCaptuteredPage(...) which returned 0 as a result.</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I somehow have the feeling that ."DrawCapturedPage(...)" can't be used for a page captured with ".DACapturePage(...)" from another document, right?</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I try&nbsp;this in order to "embed" a vector graphics file (.eps, can't be embedded/rendered directly, i know) which has been&nbsp; exported as a single paged PDF before. Converting the *.eps into a *.emf file is no way because the *.eps contains/uses embedded&nbsp;separation colors which get lost when being converted into a *.emf file.</div><div>Does somebody know any other way to do this?</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]>
