I've succeeded by applying this:

    int analysisId = qp.AnalyseFile(filename, "password")
    str Title = qp.GetAnalysisInfo(analysisId,3)

is there was any changes or AnalyseFile() need as parameters:

InputFileName The path and name of the file to analyse.
Password The password to use when opening the file. This can be either the owner or the user password. This parameter can be left blank if the file does not require a password to be opened.

docId = LoadFromFile("fileName", "password");

analysisId = AnalyzeFile(docId);                     // Obtains a plethora of detail about the document

title = GetAnalysisInfo(docId, analysisId, 3);   // 3 is the index for the Title string

You can obtain quite a lot of information about documents with these functions.
