Again it would be helpful to see the PDF.  This could be related to the Median and or Crop boxes.

Have you looked at the PrintOptions function ?

I received a PDF from a client. The margin from left and right are so small that if I load it with the Quick PDF, I lose the left and right border.
 
What should I do to preserve the original PDF printing with custom data without losing the border?
 
PS. Looking for something similar to 'Fit to printable area'
