I recently had to work with a pdf file that had chained actions in the TOC outline entries (looked at the pdf internals with Acrobat).
For example:
Chapter 1 , Go to Page 6, Go to Page 12
Chapter 2, Go to Page 6, Go to Page 15
 
and so on.
 
The QuickPDF API (GetOutlinePage) gets me only the first action.
Is there a way to get the whole chain of actions in an outline entry?
