Hi,
I have a pdf document that has b/w images, but they show up inverted when I create a bitmap of it (this one http://www.fotoimpex.de/FOTOIMPEX-Katalog.pdf)? Besides that the header part of the page is cut off an displayed half?
 
Did anyone had this experience?
