We are looking for a contractor to develop a simple executable software component. It pre-fills fields of an arbitrary template form (FDF) using data from two files:

Database field data (pulled from a database and saved in the data file in real time) and
Mapping file which defines how form fields are generated from database fields;
for example fullname[form_field]=firstname[db_field]&" "&lastname[db_field].

Pre-filled form is saved in a PDF file different from the original template.

Using third party SDKs is welcome as long as it doesn't incur runtime royalties or seriously increase costs.
