    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.quickpdf.org/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1140">Shotgun Tom</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1176<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17 Aug 09 at 7:58AM<br /><br />I understand it's a loop and that's the way I'm using it now.&nbsp; As a matter of fact you can&nbsp;programatically&nbsp;do all three suggestions through coding.&nbsp;&nbsp;For example loop through all fields and if they have no value then flatten... etc.&nbsp;Just suggesting a single function call instead of programming&nbsp;loops.<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>For item 2... there are instances where a single form is filled out over a period of time.&nbsp; As the user fills the form and saves it those fields are flattened.&nbsp; When reloaded, the previous fields completed are no longer form fields but the ones left to be completed are still available as form fields.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>For item 3... When certain fields are completed on a form and transmitted to another for editing etc. you want that other party to be able to edit entries but not fields with no content.&nbsp; </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>There are several applications for 2 and 3 in the real world... especially legal and government forms.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Thanks, Tom</DIV>]]>
